MEET INVITATIONS TO FOLLOW

 Please be sure your athlete is dressed in layers and has a labelled water bottle.  All practices are at the Waterloo memorial Recreation Complex at 101 Father David Bauer Drive in Waterloo.

Meet invitations to follow.

There are open meets which all athletes may attend and there are meets which are by invitation of the coaches only. Invitation meets are offered to athletes with an 80% attendance record whom have displayed a positive work ethic.
