Cross Country Program

The cross country program begins in August at the completion of the outdoor track season, and leads into the regular September registration. The focus of this program is the MTA, OTFA and high school cross country meets in the fall and early winter.  Athletes in the cross country program continue indoors in November as part of the regular Track program. Cross country age groups start in Grade 4 and continue to the Masters level. The fee for the cross country program during the month of August is to be determined by the Board of Directors based on the availability of coaches for the session.  If interested please contact info@kwtfa.ca.  For those wanting to train for cross country in September the fee is the same as the regular Track and Field program which begins at $160 per season.
