Club Restructuring Update
At the Starting Line: A New Chapter for KWTFA

At the Kitchener Waterloo Track and Field Association (KWTFA), we know that hitting a new personal best often requires refining your technique and refocusing your energy. Our club is at a similar turning point: we are currently undergoing a strategic restructuring process.
Building a Faster, Stronger Club
We are working hard behind the scenes to reorganize and improve our internal operations. This transition phase is all about optimizing our training programs, streamlining athlete management, and strengthening the foundation that supports our runners, jumpers, and throwers.
Our goal is simple: to ensure KWTFA remains the premier destination for local talent to reach their full potential
Patience and Persistence
Just like in a long-distance race, pacing and patience are key to a strong finish. We kindly ask for your understanding and support during this period of change. We are fine-tuning every detail to ensure that when we return to the track, we do so with more momentum than ever before.
"Success is a marathon, not a sprint." We are applying this mindset as we finalize the new structure of the club to better serve our athletes and their families.
What’s Next?
The news you’ve all been waiting for is just around the corner: we expect to host a training session very soon. We are currently finalizing coaching schedules and facility logistics to get everyone back in their spikes and onto the track.
